Our organisation and management model
Conducting business in an ethically oriented way is the indispensable requirement for ensuring Cortem's reliability in relations with customers, suppliers and, more generally, with the civil and economic environment in which it operates.
For this reason, Cortem has adopted an organisation and management model according to Legislative Decree no. 231/200 which governs business conduct according to the principles of legality, transparency and efficiency. It has also adopted a Procedure for Whistleblowing which has the aim of implementing and regulating the system with which the Company guarantees the possibility of reporting irregularities carried out in the exercise of its activity.
The goal of Cortem Group is to provide products and services that fully satisfy the needs of its customers in terms of quality and reliability, constantly pursuing corporate profitability, environmental protection, respect for greeting services and safety at work and ethics principles of its own code.
The Management therefore commits to take an active role in promoting and guiding all the activities having influence on its Company Management System, in compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.
